Loaded Peanut Butter Chex Party Mix

6 cups Peanut Butter Chex

3/4 cup powdered sugar

3 tablespoons unsweetened baking cocoa

1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips

3 tablespoons peanut butter

2 tablespoons butter

2 cups cocktail peanuts

1 1/2 cups mini Reese’s Peanut Butter cups

Directions

Prep ingredients: In a plastic 1-gallon bag, mix powdered sugar and baking cocoa. Add 2 cups cereal to a medium bowl and set aside.
Microwave chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter on High for 30 seconds; stir. If needed, Microwave in 15-second increments until mixture can be stirred smooth. Pour over cereal; stir until evenly coated.
Add coated cereal to plastic bag with powdered sugar; shake until well covered. Spread on parchment paper to cool, about 20 minutes.
In large bowl, toss together cereal mixture, remaining 4 cups cereal, peanuts, and peanut butter cups.
